Make it about your readers
Try to learn more about your readership. What are their interests? What are their concerns about your industry? Afterward, cater your content to what your readers want to see. Don’t forget that the content you write is for the benefit of the people who read it. Writing content that caters to the needs of your readers helps you build a loyal readership. Yeah, that’s exactly how readers feel when they see too much text in one go.Keep your content easy on the eyes by limiting your paragraphs to about 3-5 lines of text. If you are talking about a highly technical subject, try using infographics to help you explain. Adding pictures and/or videos also help increase the visual appeal of your content.
Get the conversation rolling
End your piece by asking your readers a question(s). This helps you gauge how well your readers understood you.
